Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following sales and delivery terms apply to all products purchased from HG Firearms.

• All transactions are settled by bank transfer or cash payment upon collection of the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment can ONLY be made by bank transfer or cash at the workshop.
• Goods will be shipped when payment is received.
• The customer is responsible for paying all transaction fees related to bank transfers.
• For custom stocks and special optics, 100% prepayment is required.
• For re-barreling to special calibers and custom barrels, 50% prepayment is required.
• All prices are ex-factory, including 25% VAT, excluding packaging. A fixed price will be provided for shipping of parts.
• Shipping of licensed parts can only be done through an approved freight forwarder. A fixed price will be provided at the time of order.
• For home banking payments, goods will be shipped when the payment is completed.
• When purchasing firearm parts, ammunition, and reloading components, the customer must provide proper documentation for permission to purchase these items. Production, packaging, and shipping can only occur once this documentation has been received.

Return of Goods
The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging within 14 days from receipt.
The customer covers the return shipping costs.
Custom-made items are not returnable.
When returning goods, please include the following information on the package:

• Order number and/or invoice number.
• If possible, a copy of the invoice would be preferred.

Risk for Goods
The risk for goods purchased from HG Firearms passes to you, the consumer, at the time of delivery.

Warranty and Complaints
A 24-month warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The warranty allows you, as a customer, to file a complaint about defects that arise within 24 months of purchase. However, this is conditional upon the defect not being caused by improper use or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered timely. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs incurred when returning the item if the complaint is justified. If you wish to complain about a product, it must be sent to us at the following address:

Delivery and Transport
Delivery of goods from HG Firearms is considered completed when the consumer has received the item.
Shipping is done via Post Danmark unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Normal delivery time is 3-9 business days. Please note that some items are not in stock, and for these items, the delivery time may exceed the normal delivery time.

Uncollected Packages / Refused Delivery
For uncollected packages or refused deliveries, HG Firearms will charge the customer for administration, shipping, packaging, etc., with a minimum fee of DKK 250.00 per order. All prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right for sold-out items, discontinued products, price changes, and errors.
HG Firearms reserves the right to change prices and information without notice.

Right of Withdrawal
HG Firearms offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods.
This does not apply to items that have been specially ordered or custom-made according to your specifications – these are not returnable.
If you wish to cancel the purchase, HG Firearms must receive the returned item no later than 14 days after you received your goods.
You are obligated to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received, including undamaged original packaging.
You must cover the costs associated with returning the item.
Once we have received and approved the returned item, HG Firearms will refund the price of the item.
Return packages sent by cash on delivery will not be accepted.
